Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Penthouse Gallery. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is processed at the time of booking through our secure Stripe payment system. Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@penthousegallery.ca.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Self check-in instructions will be provided via email prior to your arrival.
House Rules
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests unless otherwise arranged. The property is strictly non-smoking. No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not permitted. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in the condition it was found.
Damages & Security
Guests are liable for any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out pending a satisfactory inspection. Penthouse Gallery reserves the right to charge the guest for any damages exceeding the security deposit amount.
Liability
Penthouse Gallery is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests personal belongings during their stay. Guests use all amenities and facilities at their own risk. By booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
